What do you enjoy most about working for 1st Investors?

What does First Investors mean to you?
- “The first thing I think about when someone says FIFS is my opportunity to serve
along with 8 other Houston employees when FIFS was impacted by the hurricanes. Not
only did a handful of employees from Houston keep operations running from a small
office in Atlanta (with amazing support from all the Atlanta employees) but we remained
there until the crisis was over and Houston could resume operations. We became a
very efficient team because we had an enormous responsibility. I was amazed by the
willingness and dedication of those few employees to leave their families and homes
to do whatever it took to make sure FIFS conducted business as usual in a very unusual

to their policies and guidelines as they try to increase their production in an

- ”First Investors culture is the cornerstone. It is rich in quality standards and
values that are critical factors to its success. These values are demonstrated through
managers, supervisors and employees. Behavior traits are exhibited in working as

and I look forward to going to work every day. As I work throughout the day, I have
a feeling of accomplishment through assisting our customers with their accounts.
First Investors is committed to developing team members and promoting from within
the company. I've been with the company for 12 years, starting as a customer service
representative and, currently, I'm a supervisor in the Loan Servicing department.

Here at First Investors, managers are not "bossy" people who sit in their office
and tell the sub-ordinates what to do, but they become involved in the production
